This Agreement is void where prohibited.

Offer- After all vehicle information is submitted through Cazab website an instant offer price for vehicle will be provided to seller. Offer is subject to change dependent on accuracy of vehicle details. All offers valid only after final inspection of vehicle is made.

 

Seller- A person who uses Cazab website and services to sell a vehicle. A seller submits information through Cazab to get an instant offer. After seller accepts offer, buyer will connect with seller to schedule pick-up, inspect vehicle, and submit payment.

 

Buyer- Users of Cazab that bid on vehicles submitted by sellers. The offer submitted from buyers is based on vehicle details (year, make, model, location, condition, etc). When seller accepts offer, buyer is notified and given contact information of seller to schedule Pick-up, inspect vehicle, and submit payment.

 

Carrier- Company or individual that is dispatched to obtain vehicle and transfer to buyer. This can be the buyer directly or a third party hired to deliver vehicle to buyer.

An "Offer" is an amount of money or a service put forward by the Buyer and is defined as a transaction between and a Buyer and a Seller. Offers are contingent upon the accuracy of a vehicles information submitted by the seller. Offers are generated in real time and are subject to change.

 

Certain information regarding vehicle location, ownership, and condition must be submitted in order for the Seller to complete the offer and acceptance process. In order to get the most accurate offer for vehicle, seller must answer questions including but not limited to:

 

 

Notice of transfer and release of liability is used to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) when you have sold or transferred your vehicle or vessel to another party. It is used only when ownership of the vehicle or vessel has changed. Should you have a dispute with one of Cazab Buyers or Carriers (or more), you release Cazab, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way, connected with such disputes.

 

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OR OUR SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR: (I) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; (III) FOR INTERRUPTION OF USE OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR (IV) FOR ANY AMOUNTS THAT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION. WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY DUE TO MATTERS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. THE FOREGOING SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW

Sellers have two options for payments at time of offer.

Option 1: Same day payment delivered by the tow truck driver when picking up your vehicle

 

Option 2: A check from the carrier will be mailed to the sellers address after vehicle is removed

At time of scheduled pick-up carrier will inspect vehicle to ensure all details and documents submitted are accurate. In some cases vehicle will be removed and inspection will ensue when vehicle arrives to buyer.

Any inaccurate vehicle information submitted during process could result in recalculation of offer at time of inspection. Buyer/Carrier can refuse to pick-up vehicle and or return vehicle. If the seller refuses to accept returned vehicle, it will be considered abandoned. Payment will not be processed to seller in such instance. Seller will be notified ASAP in the event of a discrepancy. Should you need to resolve a dispute with Cazab, please reach out to our Customer Service Department.
